Terms & Services

Access to any vault, garage, or membership tier is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms and any facility rules referenced herein. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

One North Motorsports provides secure, climate-controlled vehicle storage across a range of vault and garage configurations, along with concierge services, on-site vendor access, a private clubhouse, and member events. Specific inclusions, pricing, and availability vary by membership tier and unit type and are described at the time of reservation.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and execution of any required storage agreement. Membership is personal to the individual or entity named on the account and may not be transferred, sublet, or shared without our prior written consent.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a unit or hold a membership.
• Information provided during reservation must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Unit assignments are subject to availability and may be reassigned to a comparable unit for operational or safety reasons, with notice where practicable.

Membership and storage fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. A valid payment method must be kept on file for the duration of your membership. Late payments may result in restricted facility access, late fees, or suspension of Services until the account is brought current.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your storage agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing prospectively with reasonable advance notice.

Access is granted via keycard, mobile application, or other credentialing method issued to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and must report any lost, stolen, or compromised credential to us immediately. After-hours access, where included in your membership tier, may require advance notice as described in your plan.

We maintain video monitoring and access logging throughout the facility for the security of all members. By using the Services, you consent to this monitoring within common areas and vault access points.

You represent that any vehicle stored at the facility is lawfully owned or lawfully in your possession, properly registered, and free of leaks, hazardous conditions, or contraband. Vehicles must be maintained in a condition that does not pose a fire, environmental, or safety hazard to the facility or other members.

• Fuel levels should be kept low for long-term storage where reasonably practicable.
• Batteries, fluids, and tires should be maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
• We may decline to store, or may require removal of, any vehicle that presents an unreasonable risk to the facility or its occupants.

One North Motorsports does not insure stored vehicles. You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, including comprehensive and liability coverage, for the full term your vehicle remains at the facility. Proof of insurance may be required prior to move-in and periodically thereafter.

You acknowledge that storing a vehicle carries inherent risks, and you assume those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law, except to the extent arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Store a vehicle that is stolen, unregistered where required, or otherwise held unlawfully;
• Conduct commercial vehicle sales, repair work, or business operations without our prior written consent;
• Store hazardous materials, fuel containers, or items unrelated to vehicle storage;
• Interfere with facility security systems, other members' units, or shared common areas;
• Permit access to your vault or garage by any person not authorized on your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One North Motorsports' liability for any loss, theft, or damage to a stored vehicle or its contents is limited to direct damages actually caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and in no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, diminished value, or lost enjoyment, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One North Motorsports, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your use of the facility.

You may cancel your membership in accordance with the notice period specified in your storage agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of non-payment, safety concerns, or material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must remove your vehicle and any personal property from the facility within the timeframe specified in your agreement, after which reasonable removal or storage fees may apply.

All members and guests are expected to comply with posted facility rules, staff instructions, and applicable speed and safety guidelines while on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict facility access to any individual who poses a safety risk or repeatedly violates facility rules.

Our collection and use of personal information, including footage captured by on-site security systems, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described there.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required by law, communicated directly to active members in advance of taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
